Who we are
We deliver custom design business financial literacy and business themed training projects administered by other organisations and not directly linked to the Business Loan Guarantee Scheme.
What we do
We work in partnerships with Government ministries, Private Sector Organisations (PSOs), Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), Civil Societies and Village communities to deliver business training programmes. These programmes are custom designed to cater towards the needs of various groups such as youth, women, people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups.
Our Objective
We aim improve small operators business skills and capacities and increase both level and coverage of financial literacy of Samoa’s population.
Existing Special Projects
i. Samoa Agriculture Competitiveness Enhancement Project (SACEP) – Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Matching Grant programme
ii. Green Climate Fund (GCF) Vaisigano Catchment Area – Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment the leadership of the Ministry of Finance.
iii. The Youth Employment Programme (YEP) – Ministry of Women Community and Social Development
iv. Seasonal Workers Pre-departure and Re-integration Programme – Ministry of Commerce Industry and Labour.
v. Certificate II in Small Business Operation – Samoa Qualifications Authority
