About us

The Samoa Business Hub – SBH, formerly known as “The Small Business Enterprise Centre (SBEC) was established in 1994.

Our values:

Based on the Hub’s Mandate the following Aspirational Goal, Vision and Mission to guide SBH’s Strategic Direction have been identified:

Our expanded mandate is delivered by: (i) Stream 1 Unit; (ii) Stream 2 Unit; (iii) Stream 3 Unit; (iv) Savaii Unit and supported by the (v) Security, Legal and Recovery Services; and (vi) Finance and Support Services. The Units work cooperatively to provide services; none works in isolation from the others.
