We are the (SLRU) Security, Legal & Recovery Unit.
What we do
Protect the integrity of the Business Loan Guarantee Scheme (BLGS) by:
– Ensuring that SBH security , legal and recovery processes are properly monitored and executed.
– Close collaboration with Banks and other SBH units to develop and implement a joint action plan to rehabilitate clients critically in arrears.
– Effective and efficient recovery of foreclosed accounts under the Scheme.
– Undertaking legal proceedings on behalf of SBH where necessary under scheme.
