We are the focal point of all SBH services in the island of Savaii. These services include the facilitation of micro, start ups, small, medium and large business programmes to develop a robust business sector in Savaii. Our office was established in 1999 and is currently manned by four staff that is committed in promoting business growth thereby contributing to Samoa’s economic growth.
What we do
Registration and Assessment of clients
Promote, market and deliver all SBH Programmes
Provide professional business advisory/mentoring services
Process and assess loan applications and determine the commercial viability of client businesses
Facilitate the SBH loan guarantee scheme
Promote knowledge/information sharing with clients through monthly cohort meetings
Liaise with key government ministries and banks
Conduct field visits
Recover SBH funds nned by four staff that is committed in promoting business growth thereby contributing to Samoa’s economic growth.

To facilitate access to credits and negotiate favourable terms with lending institutions
